Extra virgin olive oil

The extra virgin olive oil is a completely natural product with excellent aroma and flavor, and is consumed just the way it comes out of the mill, without any processing or additives.
 
75% of annual production of olive oil in Greece is extra virgin olive oil, which is the best type of oil. Its acidity does not exceed 0.8o. It has a strong fruity flavor and the aroma of freshly cut olive. Its unique taste brings out the best way, the freshness in salads and difficult flavors which require special skill and treatment such as hunting, roasts and vegetables find their ultimate match.
 
The virgin olive oil is oil 'Juice', which contains intact all the key ingredients also contained within the olive (vitamins, minerals, micronutrients, etc.) and thus one that has all the beneficial health properties.
