Uses of Greek olive oil

Olive oil is very healthy and a highly digestible oil, because:

  • It is ideal for cooking. If added at the end of cooking process, preserves all its properties indelible.
  • When used raw, reveals its entire flavor. It gives new flavor to salads and vegetables
  • It is ideal for frying (even multiple times) because it withstands high temperatures without changes in its composition.
  • Finally, the oil is used as food preservative (such as cheese, vegetables, fish etc).
